Essential Gems and Plugins For Startups

Abstract

I would like to give a 20 minutes presentation on ruby gems, rails plugins, and other tools and scripts used to minimize the time between concept to market for startups.

There are thousands of gems and plugins out there, however I would like to discuss the 10 or 15 that seem to appear in every startup I have ever been a part of.
