Biography
Most of David’s work has been in signals intelligence and radiolocation. This afforded him extensive experience with physical layer and protocol processing for cellular air interfaces (GSM, IS-95 and others) and in the design of high-performance software radios. Now that he has discovered VoIP, he is applying that expertise to low-cost telecommunications systems.
